The following terms and conditions (collectively, these "Terms and Conditions") apply to business provided by AGB Computing and Sport Ltd [T/A AGB Computing], including any content, functionality and services offered on or via www.agbcomputing.com (the "Website"), Wix Marketplace or email..

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you start business with AGB Computing and Sport Ltd, because by using our services you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 01/04/2022 . We expressly reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time and to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgement of the modified Terms and Conditions and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.

 

Acceptance

Once you [the client] accept a quote provided by AGB Computing then it is deemed that you are satisfied with these Terms and Conditions. Quotes can be accepted via Wix Invoices, email, SMS or phone call. Any purchases made from AGB Computing states you are happy with these terms.

 

Payment

All quotations are valid for 30 days, and AGB Computing withholds the right to decline or modify the quotation after this period.

We accept payment via PayPal and Bank Transfer, you recognise that by accepting these terms and conditions you can pay by these payment methods.

We reserve the right to request a deposit of at least 20% (up to 50%) before the start of any project, and the remainder of the fee will be due upon the completion of the work. Upon a missing or late payment, AGB Computing reserve the right to withhold the work until payment is made.

 

Third Party Subscriptions

AGB Computing may purchase hosting subscriptions, domain names and image rights on behalf of the client and it is the responsibility of the client to renew and update these when necessary. The cancellation or loss of such subscriptions, domain names and image rights is the sole responsibility of the client.

Website Credit

AGB Computing may leave a small footer tag, link back to our website to give credit for our work on a website. You hereby agree to maintain the visibility of the tag for at least 12 months after competition of our services.

Conduct on our Website

Your use of the Website (www.agbcomputing.com) is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and you are solely responsible for the substance of your communications through the Website.

By posting information in or otherwise using any communications service, chat room, message board, newsgroup, software library, or other interactive service that may be available to you on or through this Website, you agree that you will not upload, share, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content — including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information — that:

- Impersonates any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives

We neither endorse nor assume any liability for the contents of any material uploaded or submitted by third party users of the Website. We generally do not pre-screen, monitor, or edit the content posted by users of communications services, chat rooms, message boards, newsgroups, software libraries, or other interactive services that may be available on or through this Website.

  • Security breaches on websites supplied by AGB Computing. We design our websites to the highest security standards, but it is the responsibility of the client to maintain good practise (password changes, password length, 2 factor authentication)
